Our house is located directly by the sea at “ CALA DEGLI ALBERI“ far from the next village.

We never take more than 25 guests at any one time. Pardini’s Hermitage is a private villa,

surrounded by an undisturbed natural environment.

In a home-like atmosphere you can spend your days or evening indoors reading, conversing, playing games or musical instruments.

There are numerous outside activities as well which can be undertaken: hiking or donkey riding, boat trips, watercolor painting or pottery, tub for thalassotherapy and much more. Above all, being on the sea side, you may swim or lie in the sun far away from civilization. In an ambiente free of stress, you can rediscover yourself and get to know others.

Lunch is served on a terrace overlooking the sea during the summer months and a barbeque dinner frequently in the garden. We have a small Mediterrranean farm with donkeys which we breed, goats, sheep and pigs. The goats milk is used for home made yogurt and cheese.

The house can be reached by boat in 20 minutes from Giglio Porto. In the morning the passage is free because our boat is in Giglio Porto for shopping. The house can also be reached combining a car drive from Giglio Porto to Capel rosso (20 minutes) and from there on foot or by donkey (40 minutes) –. The hiking trail “Cannelle-Caldane” also leads to the house. This would mean a 60 minutes walk, only possible with good shoes and light backpack, -. From the village Giglio Castello you take the hiking trail “Porte San Francesco/Piana dei Quadrati/Torricella” (100 minutes),.
